We from Berto's truly love the sea and the food it provides. For us, food preparation begins in the wee hours of the morning, before dawn, on the docks, when the fishermen, after a long night, return with their vessels laden with fresh fish.

Who are the people we cook for? We cook for all those who were born near the sea and who live by the sea like we do, but we also cook for all those who simply love the taste of good seafood, of homemade pasta and of grilled fish.

Yet, of course and above all, we cook for all those who only come to the seaside once a year and who want to enjoy the sea and its food in all its flavors and forms.
